Joyagoo is more than just a spreadsheet — it is a complete shopping navigation ecosystem. From discovering items to tracking your package across the ocean, the platform provides tools and data at every step. This guide walks you through the entire process from your first visit to your first successful haul delivery.
Step 1: Browsing the Spreadsheet
The spreadsheet is your starting point. Open the main database and familiarize yourself with the layout. Each row represents one item with columns for name, price, seller, batch, rating, sizing, and a direct link. Use the filter dropdowns to narrow down by category, price range, or rating.
- Click the category tab for your item type (Shoes, Hoodies, etc.)
- Use the price filter to set your budget range
- Sort by "Rating" to see the best-reviewed items first
- Click the "Trending" filter to see what is hot right now
- Open the item link to see the sellers product page
Step 2: Researching Your Item
Never buy blindly. Before adding an item to your cart, spend 5-10 minutes researching. Check the QC Gallery for photos of the same item from the same seller. Read recent reviews on Reddit or Discord. Compare the batch code with known retail references.
Research Checklist
Before ordering any item over $50, verify: 1) Seller rating is 4.5+, 2) QC photos from the same batch exist, 3) At least 3 positive reviews in the past 30 days, 4) The price is within normal range for that batch.
Step 3: Placing Your Order
Once you have found your item and verified the seller, it is time to order. The exact process varies slightly by agent, but the general flow is the same across all major platforms:
Copy Product Link
Copy the seller link from the spreadsheet. Paste it into your agents "Buy for Me" or "Purchase Order" form.
Fill Details
Enter size, color, quantity, and any special requests. Double-check the size chart — Asian sizing runs smaller.
Pay
Pay for the item plus domestic shipping. Most agents accept PayPal, credit cards, and Wise transfers.
Wait for QC
The agent orders from the seller, receives the item, and takes QC photos. This takes 3-7 days on average.
Step 4: Reviewing QC and GL/RL
When QC photos arrive, inspect them carefully. Use the guides in our QC section to evaluate quality. If everything looks good, hit GL (Green Light) to approve shipping. If there are issues, hit RL (Red Light) and explain the problem. The agent will exchange or refund the item.
Step 5: Shipping Your Haul
Once all items are GLd, submit your haul for international shipping. Choose your shipping line based on speed, cost, and your countrys customs situation. Pay the shipping fee, and your package is on its way. Use the tracking number to follow progress through customs and delivery.
